Saturday 09.30. Meet at The Clock, Bickenhill (A45 near Birmingham Airport) for a run to Kenilworth (Time for Tea Cafe).
Speed – average 16-17 mph (apart from the last couple of miles leading to the sprint to the Kenilworth sign).
Distance – round trip to Kenilworth and back to Bickenhill – approx. 42 miles.
Sunday 09.15. Meet outside HQ at Wythall House for a steady run to Kenilworth (Time for Tea Cafe).
Speed – average 16 mph.
Distance – round trip to Kenilworth and back to Wythall – approx. 45 miles.
