1st Wythall Scouts End to End Ride

As part of our fund raising for a new scout HQ building, a group of 3 leaders from the 1st Tidbury Green (Wythall) Scout Group are planning a sponsored Lands End to John O’Groats cycle ride next August.

Following expressions of interest, we are making places available to independent cyclists interested in fund raising with us or by self financing their place.

Our Scout website at http://www.1sttidburygreen.org.uk/ has the full route mapped on Bikely and potential participants can request more details from me by a link from that page.

If self financing, the cost will be £350, if via sponsorship we would expect £700 to be committed to Scout funds. If interested,  a £50 deposit will reserve a place.

In addition to the 3 Scout leader cyclists, a maximum of 10 places are available on the trip. Key points are

Camping B&B, Scout style

Support team assisted with camps set up, feed stops, emergency support and recovery Return transport to LE & back from JoG

Cult Racing Cycles are supporting the event providing spares at cost on an “as used” basis and servicing prior to departure at a discounted rate.
